In the meantime, please check if the email address is valid. Once confirmed and the issue persists, let's open your QuickBooks account using an incognito or private browser. Some settings might not apply correctly when a browser's cache is full or corrupted.

Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox
Control + Option +P if you're using Safari
Check if you can now send the invoice without issue. If so, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. This removes any cache data preventing your settings from being applied correctly. Alternatively, use another supported browser.
