How do i create a customer credit note?

I'll walk you through creating a customer credit note in QuickBooks Online (QBO), karen.

After you log in to your QBO account, you can go to the +New button from the home page and continue with these steps to complete the process.

1. Under the Customers column, click Credit Note.
   
2. Add the necessary details.
3. Once done, click Save and close.
