It's nice to see you here in the Community today. I'd be glad to share details about integrating  Payfast with QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

We can integrate  Payfast into QuickBooks. This way, you can add payment options and process payments online. To do so, you can go to the Apps menu and search for the Payfast payment processing app. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Click Apps from the left menu.
  3. Go to the Find Apps tab.
  4. Enter "online payments" in the search bar or click the Browse category button to filter the results.

 

I also recommend reaching out to the Payfast customer care team to assist you further in integrating their program with QBO,

I have followed your instructions but I cant seem to find the Payfast app on my quickbooks account, is this option still available?

I agree with Fiat Lux - ASIA. You'll need a third-party connector to link the mentioned app to QBO. If you're unable to look for one, you may reach out to PayFast support so they can guide you in linking the application to QuickBooks.
