How do import old invoices from Simple start

I'll guide you on importing your old invoices using QuickBooks Online (QBO) Simple Start, prohaulafrica.

Regardless of your subscription, you can upload a spreadsheet of your invoices into QBO. However, you can import a maximum of 100 invoices with a 1000-row limit.

First, prepare your spreadsheet with the following columns:

• Invoice number
• Customer
• Invoice date
• Due date
• Item amount
• Item tax code

Next, follow these steps to upload your spreadsheet:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Import data.
2. Click Invoices.
3. Select Browse and open the file.
4. Click Next.
