You can open your recurring invoice template and then set the frequency in the Interval section from monthly to yearly. Here's how:
 

1. Click the Gear icon.

2. Choose Recurring transactions.

3. From the Action column, select the Edit link for the template you want to modify.
4. Edit the template name, type, and the customer or payee name as needed.
5. In the Interval section, select Yearly from the drop-down menu and then choose the appropriate month and date.

6. When you're done, click Save template.
