I've been double-charged by QuickBooks on my October billing. What email can I use to get this corrected? Customer support through the platform is pretty shit.

I'm here to help you get the right support regarding your account subscription in QuickBooks Online.

 

When contacting to the QuickBooks Customer Support team, the email that you have to use the email you're using to log in to your QuickBooks company. Since your concern needs account verification. I'd recommend contacting our live agent to get to the bottom of this. 

 

Here's how to contact them:

 

  1. Go to the ? Help button.
  2. Select Talk to a human.
  3. Choose Messaging.
  4. Enter your details and confirm your request.
