Why do my changes to my Quote template not save? I change the footer message I want, but when closing it hasn't updated. Why?

Let's try changing the footer message or text using an incognito window. Your browser stores older webpage content and might disregard newer ones from the website.

Here are the shortcut keys to open a private browser:

• For Internet Explorer of Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
• For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
• For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

If you're able to save the changes, let's clear the cache of your regular browser. This will help QuickBooks Online (QBO) to function more efficiently.
