To purge your QBO account, the account (i.e Essentials or Plus) must be within 90 days old. Follow these steps to reset your company data:

Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
Edit the URL on the address bar. remove everything after app/and enter purgecompany. For example: https://...qbo.intuit.com/app/purgecompany
Click Yes to confirm the action.

Otherwise, you have to open a new QBO account

Yes, you can delete and create new Products and Services in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'll guide you how.
