Have you tried using an alternate browser or a private window when sending these invoices? If not, I suggest doing that first. I need to know if this is caused by a known web page problem. Try these keyboard shortcuts depending on your browser:
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Shift + N
If you can successfully send the sales transactions, go back to the affected browser and clear its browsing history. Once the data clogs up in the cache, it can cause potential performance issues in QuickBooks Online and other pages.
