A way to link a particular product/service to a customer so each time you enter the customer it remembers the product to save adding each time? Like a bill remembers

Linking a particular product/service to a customer in QuickBooks Online is unavailable in the set of features and offerings. You'll have to select a specific product/service when you create a sales transaction. Or if you're using the QuickBooks Online Essentials or PLUS subscription you can create a recurring transaction like invoice, and can set the particular product/service and customer.

Here's how you can create a recurring template:

1. Click on the Gear Icon or Settings icon.
2. Click on Recurring transactions.
3. Click on New button.
4. Select the transaction type to create, and click OK.
5. Enter a Template name.
6. Fill out the other fields and click on Save template.
