At the moment, PayPal is the only payment processing option for QuickBooks Online in Australia. Here is an article on how to enable PayPal as a payment option on your invoices if you want to read more about it:

For banking transfers, you can add your bank details and notes onto your invoices so your customers know how to transfer their payments to you. Here is how:
