If the customer's and invoice list were not saved in QuickBooks Online, at the moment we're unable to retrieve unsaved work in QuickBooks. Let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps to isolate the behavior encountered in your QuickBooks Online account. To start with, use a new incognito window or a different supported browser. Using an incognito window does not store any data file.
Here's how:
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Shift + N
Once done, log in to QBO and go to the Sales tab to check the date filtered is correct. Here's how:
Click on the Sales tab.
Click on All Sales.
Under Date and Transaction try to edit the filter.
If the transactions and customer list still not showing, please run an Audit Log report through the Settings icon and click on Audit log.
