Can i find missng invoice?

You can utilize the Advanced Search option to find your missing invoices. Let me guide you through the steps.

1. In your QuickBooks Online, click the Magnifying Glass icon and select Advanced Search.
2. Select Invoices from the first drop-down, then choose Customers from the second one.
3. Choose the corresponding customer from the Enter Customers drop-down.
4. Click Search.
5. Select the date range under the Date Filter drop-down.

If you can't find the missing invoices from there, let's go to the Audit Log to check if what happened to your missing transactions.

1. Click the Gear icon and select Audit log.
2. From the Audit log page, find the missing transactions.
3. Review each transaction and check if it was deleted or modified by someone who has access to the account.

Once checked, if the transactions were deleted, you'll have to reenter it again.
