Can I put the PayID logo on the invoice, preferably next to the other payment details?

In QuickBooks Online we can add only show your company logo in your sales forms. Showing pay ID next to the payment details is unavailable in the current set of features offered. You can add the pay ID information by using the custom field option or through your Footer together with your EFT details.

You can leave a feedback inside your QuickBooks online account, then clicking on your Gear Icon in the upper right hand corner, then clicking on Feedback. This is the quickest and most direct way to send product improvements or suggestions to our system engineers.
