The option to delete or inactivate a customer in QuickBooks Online Apps is unavailable. You'll have to log in to QuickBooks through a web browser and manually delete the customer from there. Here's how:
Once done, they will be hidden from your lists and menus. Even if a customer is inactive, all transactions associated with them stay on reports.
