Can you download Invoices into .csv files?

Let me share some insights about downloading invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Darrenholcombe.

If you need to download invoice transactions as a CSV file, then that option is unavailable in QBO. We can only do this for an invoice list where we export the list to an Excel file. Then, change the file format to a CSV file. Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon on the top menu and select Export data under Tools.
2. Go to the Reports tab and switch on to export the following reports to Excel (these reports contain QuickBooks transactions).
3. Switch off the lists from the Lists tab.
4. Click Export to Excel.
5. Press OK.
