Change the Wifi data connection on your device to 4G (varies by device).

Clear app data. To do this:
Open your device Settings.
Select Apps (varies by device).
Choose the QuickBooks app from the list, then select Storage.
Choose Clear Data.
Power down and restart your device.
Uninstall and reinstall the app.
Then, let's ensure that your app is updated.

Invoicing feature should still be available in the QuickBooks Online mobile app. Another option we can recommend is to try to log in to the mobile app using a different phone device or use a laptop/desktop to access your QBO account and create invoices.
