As of now, there's an investigation where some users experience the "Error Loading Transactions" when creating an invoice. Rest assured our engineering team is diligently working to fix this as soon as possible.
In the meantime, you'll want to send your invoices to your customer using a link. Let me show you how to do it your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
Here's how:
Go to the Sales menu.
Select Invoices.
Find and open the invoice.
At the lower right, select the ▼ drop-down menu, then Save and share link.
Click Copy link, then close the pop-up.
Paste the link in an email, SMS, or other available messaging service, and send it to your customer.

In your QuickBooks Online, click the Help menu in the upper-right corner.
On the Search tab, click an article and select Contact us at the bottom. Then, enter the details of your concern.
