The online platform uses the browser’s cache to run faster. However, these can sometimes become corrupted, which affects the platform's functionalities.
You can perform some troubleshooting steps to resolve this. First, open your QuickBooks Online account in a private or incognito window for testing. You can use these shortcuts keys for quick navigation:
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
Once logged in, check your Receipts screen. If the changes are already reflected, get back to your regular browser and clear its cache to start fresh. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative.
