Question

Every time I pull through from a quote to an invoice, my invoice formatting is destroyed, nothing print previews where it is meant to. Is this yet another bug?

This isn't a bug, Busaccsol. When you create progress invoices from the estimate, the program will use the default airy classic template.

In the meantime, you can turn off the progress invoicing feature before creating the invoice. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Go to the Sales tab.
  4. Click the Pencil icon in the Progress Invoicing row.
  5. Uncheck the Create multiple partial invoices from a single quote box.
  6. Click Save, then Done.

Once done, you can create a regular invoice from the estimate using your own template. Then, you can turn on the progress invoicing feature again by following the steps above, and putting a check mark in the Create multiple partial invoices from a single quote box.
