You can enter the vehicle details in the description column of your invoice, rezautocool. I'll guide you through the process of entering this in QuickBooks.
Since your business is a mobile mechanic, you can enter the details in the description column. Once done with the service, enter the vehicle details every time you create an invoice.
If you haven't created a service item, you can follow the steps below:
Go to Sales and select Products & services.
Select New and choose Service.
Enter a Name for the product or service.
From the Category ▼ dropdown, select the category that best describes your product or service. Find out more about item categories.
In the Description on sales forms field, enter a description. This is what your customers will see on their sales form. You can also leave it as blank since you need to enter different descriptions for each of your vehicles.
Please enter an amount in the Sales price/rate field or leave it blank. Add the price when you fill out the invoice or sales receipt.
Select the account you want to use to track the sale from the Income account ▼ dropdown.
If you need to track GST, select the appropriate GST from the GST ▼ dropdown.
