Hi. I get the Error ."Numbers of source Raster bands and source color space components do not match". When uploading logo again. It wasnt showing on invoices.

I've checked if there's similar reported issue same as yours but found none, pete9.

 

Let's check if this is a browser's cache issue. Too much cache might have caused this unexpected error in QuickBooks. To fix this, let's try to perform a few basic troubleshooting steps.

 

Let's log in using a private window to check if you can re-upload the logo without getting the same error. If the private window works, you can clear your regular browser's cache. Removing all cookies can help clear errors. As an alternative, you can also use other browser.

    1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
    2. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
