Thank you for your question and welcome to our community.

In terms of paying yourself as an individual, you will be able to do this in the Employees tab.

You can create your own profile as an employee of the company and then run the payroll to pay yourself as an employee.

Unfortunately I am not qualified to answer the second question as it is a specific Accounting question.
