Hello, bookings6. You can find all voided transactions by generating an Audit Log report and filtering the events to Deleted/Voided transactions. You can access this via the Gear icon in Settings, which is the quickest way to track invoice history and user activity.
From there, you can view a complete history of when an invoice was modified and who made the changes. Just select View in the History column to see the specific details.
You can also check the Sales Transactions page. Use the Filter to set your desired date range, then click the All Statuses dropdown arrow and choose Voided. Then, click the arrow beside the Status column to sort the list, which will bring all voided invoices to the top for easy viewing.
You can use the audit log to manually re-enter a voided or deleted transaction and create a new one with the correct information. Please note that a voided transaction always has an amount of zero (0) and is marked Voided in your records. Ensure you enter the original amount correctly when re-entering it.
These steps should get those records squared away for you! Please reach out if you have any trouble finding a specific entry or if you need further assistance with your reports.
