How can i find a customer previously made inactive?

I'm here to help you find an inactive customer in QuickBooks Online, @freshwatersocial.

Inactive customers can still be recovered. You can also see their previous transactions in their profile.

Here's how:

1. On the left navigation bar, click Sales.
2. Go to the Customers tab.
3. Click the small Gear icon inside the Customers page.
4. Under Other, tick the checkbox beside Include inactive.
