If you are trying to modify the customer's email address using your QuickBooks app on your iPad, then that option is unavailable. What we can do is open a web browser on your iPad and access your QBO account. From there, we can change the customer's information. Here's how:
Click on the Sales tab.
Choose Customers, locate, and select the customer name.
Tap on the Edit button.
Under the Email field, update the customer's email address.
