How do I enable estimates in QBO in Australia?

I am attempting to use Estimates but can't see the option anywhere.

The estimate feature is automatically enabled in QuickBooks Online, AdminAPDesign.

I've checked my company file, and the estimate is called Quote. I'll show you how it looks like:
