How do I print all unpaid invoices as a list?

You can run an Open Invoices report to view all unpaid invoices in QuickBooks Online. Let me show you how. 

1. On Reports tab search for Open Invoices.
2. Select Customise.
3. Set the Report period.
4. Choose from any of the following: Ageing and Filter.
5. Select Run report. 

To print the report, click on Print (or printer icon). Also, you can go to Sales tab and select All sales to generate similar report.
