How do I set up the system so receipt snap receipts default to gst is included?

Hi leanne-farrell-t,

 

You can set up your default tax type for your transactions by setting your GST to Inclusive of tax in your company settings. Here's how:

 

  1. Click on the Gear Icon and select Accounts and Settings.
  2. Click on Advanced, then Accounting.
  3. Select the drop down for Default tax rate selection to Inclusive of tax.
  4. Select Save, and then Done.

Once done, let's go ahead and upload your receipts once more in QuickBooks Online. Check this link to learn more about: Manually upload your transactions, receipts, and bills into QuickBooks Online.
