To see if an invoice was emailed in QuickBooks Online, you can run a Transaction List by Customer report and customize the report to include the Sent column status. Let me show you how:
Click on the Reports tab.
On the search box enter the report name Transaction List by Customer, and select it.
Click on the Customise button.
Under Rows/Columns tick the box for Sent.
Click on Filter too if you need to add more information to the report.
Click on Run report.
