How to filter/sort invoice number? I have different alphabet prefixes in Invoice No. for each customer, is there a filter button besides sorting in profit/loss statement?

It's my pleasure to provide information about sorting invoice numbers in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

If you're looking for another button to filter or sort invoice numbers in the Profit and Loss report. Then, there's no other option.

As a workaround, export the report to Excel to manually filter the invoice number. Check out this article for guidance in exporting the reports: Export your reports to Excel from QuickBooks Online.

However, you can sort the invoice no. in the sales menu if you're looking for another way to filter it aside from sorting it from the reports page. 

Here's how:

1. Go to the Sales menu.
2. Select Invoices.
3. Then, click the NO. ▼ to sort.
