Thanks for your post. You can edit the Message on invoice by going to the Custom form styles settings. Here's how to edit:

1. Click on the Settings icon.
2. Click on Custom form styles.
3. Click on Edit for your Default/Standard template.
4. Click on Content tab.
5. Click on the third box on the preview to the right.
6. Under Message to customer, you can edit the information saved.
7. Click on Done.

Then, you can create a dummy invoice to see how it shows in your QBO sales forms.
