How to include detailed notes on invoices

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), we can include detailed notes through the Message on invoice section. I'll guide you how:

1. Go to the +New button.

2. Under Customers choose Invoice.

3. In the invoice window, enter the note in the Message on invoice section.

4. Once done, hit Save and close.
