I accidentally voided an invoice. I followed the help instruction to try and obtain the old details but they were all '0'. How do I undo the action?

I'll make sure that this gets resolved for you. To get started, here's what you'll need to do:

1. Click Sales in the left navigation menu.
2. Go to Invoices tab.
3. Find and open the voided invoice.
4. Click More button at the bottom of the invoice page, then select Audit History.
5. Click Show all to see the original details your transaction, any edits made, and when it was voided.
6. Take note of all the information necessary to re-enter the transaction.

Keep in mind that the amount on a voided transaction is always 0. In order to show the details of the original invoice, kindly select the information on when it was added or edited.
