I had an open invoice for over 365 days disappear from record i need to retrive it for a court case how can i find it please ? tia

Let me guide you on how to pull up an old invoice, @info1370.

There are multiple ways on how you can run old open invoices in QuickBooks Online.

You can either filter it from the Invoices tab, from the Advanced Search tab, or you can run a report for open invoices. Make sure to filter the right date period.

Here's how you can do it from the Advanced Search tab:

1. Click the Main menu (≡).
2. Click on the Search icon. Then select the Advanced Search option.
3. Select Invoices from the first drop-down.
4. Fill out all necessary information.
5. Hit Search.
6. Change the date period.
7. Select Apply.
