Question

I have had a client pay and invoice via credit card. When they paid they received a message saying the payment was delayed. The money has not hit PayPal on my end.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community space, @danielle64. We'll point you in the right direction to sort this out and receive the credit card payment processed through PayPal inside QuickBooks Online (QBO).

For credit card payments, please be aware that it'll take five business days before the payment gets to your PayPal account. We also recommend contacting PayPal so they can monitor the status of the funds. This way, they can update you on when it'll reach your account.
