I want to make Clients inactive but quickbooks won't let me because they have projects attached. Even if the projects are closed. How can I do this?

You can make your clients inactive. However, we can only delete it if there is no linked project. We need to remove the associated projects regardless if they are completed or not.

Additionally, we have close all transactions and recurring templates linked to it first before we can delete the project. If you want to keep a copy of the transactions, you can transfer the transactions to another project or customer. Simply edit the transactions and change the customer/project.
