Hi vas2go,

You can edit the column widths for your invoices using your Custom Form Style settings:

  1. Select the Settings icon (top right), then Custom Form Styles.
  2. Select Edit to the right of the template you'd like to update.
  3. Select the Content tab and click on the middle section of the invoice to edit.
  4. Select Edit Labels and Widths and use the sliding bars to change the widths of the fields.
  5. Keep in mind that in order to widen the Description box, you will need to make other fields smaller to make room. You can also untick columns that you do not require on the invoice. Once you're satisfied, select Done

These changes will take effect on any new invoices raised. You may also be interested in designing and importing your own invoice style for more control on what shows on the form - see here for more information on this process.
