In the past I have been able to prepare payments and generate remittance advices for payments due next week. These are then forwarded to my client for him to onforward

Hi dharkin-

We don't have the option titled Remittance Advice in QuickBooks, but you have a couple options. 

• Head to the Supplier, open the Bill Payment for the specific payment you are looking to send, then you can either:
  • Print/Preview, download and attach this to an email and send to the recipient of your choice.
  • Select Save and Send in the bottom right to send directly to the supplier. 

Do either of the options work?
