Is there a report that can show my expired quotes , also inform me before a quote is expired

You can run the Quotes by Customer report to help you see pending, accepted, closed and rejected quotes in QuickBooks Online. Let me guide you how:

1. Click on the Reports tab.
2. Type in Quotes and select Quotes by Customer.
3. Select a Report period.
4. Click on Run report.
5. Click on Customise button.
6. Choose Filter and tick box for Quote status and set it to All.
7. Click on Run report.

From here we can view the different quotes transaction you have created. You can also click on Save cutomisation to save the reports in your Custom reports.
