Is there an issue currently with paying invoices online? I have customers saying they are continually receiving error notifications.

Accepting online customer payments for QuickBooks Online Australia is done through PayPal, info978.

I've also checked and I can't see that we have an open investigation about this. In this case, I recommend reaching out to PayPal to check if there's an issue within their portal.
