Hello there, Paul. I am happy to welcome you to our Community forum. I'd be delighted to share details about your invoice.
Your invoices can be paid automatically if the Automatically apply credits function is activated in your Accounts and Settings. Please know that program uses the available credits to settle the open transactions. Review it first to verify if this causes the issue.
On the other hand, if it is disabled, let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps. Occasionally, QuickBooks displays odd behavior and experiences performance issues brought on by browser-related issues.
Begin by tracking your invoice in a private window. The keyboard shortcuts are as follows:
Safari: Command + Shift + N
Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P
In there, if the issue doesn't persists, switch back to your default browser and clear the cache to start afresh. If not, you can use a different compatible browser because the QuickBooks version you're using now may have a temporary malfunction.
Please drop by again if there is anything else you need to know about handling invoices in your QuickBooks Online. I'm always here to help you. Keep safe, Paul.
