I'm here to help you perform some troubleshooting steps to get you back to running your business.

 

I suggest clearing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) Mobile app data. You can fix this by following the instructions listed below.

 

In the QuickBooks Online app:

 

  1. Go to the Menu ☰
  2. Select Help & Feedback
  3. Click Refresh Data
  4. Then select Refresh.

If you are using an Android phone, here's how to refresh:

 

  1. Tap More Options after going to Menu.
  2. Refresh Data under Settings.
  3. To confirm, tap YES.
