There is a known issue occurring on several companies involving the Terms field, which we are currently investigating.
At present, you may need to use the workaround of changing the Due Date manually on transactions.
In addition, if you could contact our support team, we can add you to the list of those companies to be checked, and notified when the issue is resolved:
In your QuickBooks Online, click the Help menu in the upper-right corner.
On the Search tab, click an article and select Contact us at the bottom. Then, enter the details of your concern.
Choose how you would like to connect with them: either via Callback or Chat.
