Why when I'm doing quotes, I notice that the first page is always empty?

Why am I not able to see everything I write on the quote once I save it?

This ensures we can enter the new and correct details for the form, @mgroupservices78.

You mentioned that after saving, you can't see everything written. Have you clicked on the Save, Save and Close or Save and New button?

QuickBooks Online (QBO) operates in a sticky mode, which means it remembers your last selection and uses it the next time you access that feature.

For example, when you first created the proposal, you selected the Save and New button. The next time you generate a new one, this option is automatically available.

If you choose Save, the current information will remain visible on the screen. Save and Close saves the entry and exits the current screen. On the other hand, if you clicked Save and New, the current information entered will not be visible, as the system opens a blank form for a new proposal.

To ensure that you'll see all the details after saving, choose Save or Save and Close from the dropdown.

Here's how:

  1. Click +New and choose Quote.
  2. Fill in all the details.
  3. From the dropdown, select Save or Save and Close.
