Hi there, @joon1.

The error message indicates that the postcode entered for the supplier does not meet the required format or minimum character length of 5 digits, as stipulated by LHDN's e-invoicing system.

To resolve this issue, please verify the address of your supplier and confirm that the postcode contains exactly 5 digits.

Here's how:

  1. Go to All apps.
  2. Hover your mouse over Expense & Bills and click Supplier.
  3. Select the supplier that was rejected.
  4. Click the Edit dropdown.
  5. Scroll down to the Address section and check the Postal code number provided.
  6. Correct the postal code number if needed.
  7. Click Save once done.

If you continue to experience the same issue, we can take some troubleshooting steps to determine if the problem is related to the browser you are currently using.

Start by refreshing your browser page to reload the program.

Alternatively, you can open a private or incognito window. This method prevents your browser from saving data and may help resolve temporary issues.

Consider switching to another up-to-date and supported browser, as this can enhance functionality.

Please reply to this post if you have additional concerns related to QuickBooks.
