To resolve this issue, please verify the address of your supplier and confirm that the postcode contains exactly 5 digits.
Here's how:
Go to All apps.
Hover your mouse over Expense & Billsand click Supplier.
Select the supplier that was rejected.
Click the Edit dropdown.
Scroll down to the Address section and check the Postal code number provided.
Correct the postal code number if needed.
Click Save once done.
