Can I reset my account and delete first trial invoices and expenses?

I can think of two scenarios that can reset your account, khalil4.

If the transactions entered were not necessary, we can delete them. However, if you need those items then, we can sign up for a different one and cancel the previous subscription.

Just a heads up, we can use the same credentials as our previous plan.

Here's how to sign up:

1. Go to this page: quickbooks.intuit.com.
2. Scroll down and select your country.
3. Click either Buy now or Free 30-day trial.
4. Toggle the button whether you want to pay it monthly or yearly.
5. Select your plan.
6. In the Your QuickBooks Plan page, click the Add another company hyperlink.
7. Enter your previous credentials.
8. Click Add new company.

Afterward, we'll have to export and then import the created transactions into your new plan.

Then, we can now cancel your previous plan. I'll show you how:

1. From the Gear icon, select Account and Settings.
2. Select Cancel your trial.
3. Select Continue to cancel.
4. Follow the steps on the screen.
5. Select Submit and cancel subscription.
6. Select Got it.

Then, you'll receive an email that confirms the cancellation.
