Hi there, demi-megaserve-e. I recognize the importance of being able to reactivate an invoice that was accidentally deleted or cancelled.
While the option to reactivate a cancelled/deleted invoice is unavailable, we can utilize the Audit log in QuickBooks to view some details of the deleted transaction. To pull up the report:
Go to the Gear icon.
Choose Audit Log.
Look for the deleted transaction. You can use the Filter ▼ dropdown menu to easily find a specific transaction.
Once you find the deleted invoice, hit View.
After that, take note of the invoice information and then recreate it.
