Can we extract a trial balance which is in different currency, in USD or the relavant books currency?

The trial balance in Euros requires an initial step before it can be converted to USD, Dilantha-Kumara.

QuickBooks Online multicurrency feature lets users manage transactions in different currencies and convert them to the home currency. However, if the Euro is set as your home currency, the trial balance will be displayed in Euros, and there is no direct method to convert the trial balance from Euros to USD. 

As an alternative, after generating an accurate trial balance report, you can export it to an Excel file and manually convert it to USD to ensure the conversion is correct. 

Follow the steps below to export your trial balance report:

1. Navigate to the Reports tab on the left side of your screen.
2. Choose Standard Reports.
3. Locate and select the Trial Balance Report.
4. Click the export icon on the report page.
