Question

Can you please tell us why the layout of the date has changed (10/23/25) and where we can change it back to our used style again (23.10.2025 for example)?

Hi, Benjamin.

The date format doesn’t change automatically unless someone manually updates the settings. If you think another user might have made changes, you can review the audit log to check for any activity or updates made by others. Don’t worry, we can easily fix this by adjusting the date format to match your preferred style.

Here’s how:

  1. Click on the Gear icon.
  2. Under the Your Company tab, select Accounts and settings.
  3. Navigate to the Advanced tab.
  4. Scroll down to the bottom and, under Other Preferences, click Edit.
  5. In the Date Format drop-down menu, select dd.mm.yyyy.
  6. Click Save, then Done.
